We are Logan and Barbara Battaglia - yep, mother and son - and this food truck is our dream on wheels. What started as a shared love for cooking turned into something way bigger: a place where we get to serve up amazing food and connect with awesome people every day.
We are all about killer paninis, crave-worthy finger foods, and keeping things fresh, simple, and seriously delicious. If it is not something we would make for our own family, it is not going on the menu. Period.
This truck runs on family. Logan's wife Dalaney and daughter Oakley are the heart behind everything we do. This is not just food for us - it is late nights, big laughs, and building something meaningful together.
